Freddie was able to hook up a washer and dryer for me in short time despite facing some challenges in the install. He walked me through what needed to get done in order to overcome the challenges in the install and even guided me to order the needed parts through Amazon to save me some money on the supplies needed!

I had just received a water bill that was over $800 for the month which was over the average for my multi-family building! Freddie came in and looked at all possible outcomes within all the units and after determining he could not find leaks large enough to cause a discrepancy, he asked to look at my past water bills to see if he can find clues as to why it could have jumped so much. In analyzing the bills, he found that prior to receiving the bill, the city had installed a new water meter in the building and determined that the huge jump in water bill came from a discrepancy in a new water meter that had been recently installed in our multi-family building.

I had noticed a leak on my bathroom faucet that was accumulating water inside my canbinet. Freddie gave me an option to fix the existing faucet by replacing the o-rings or to just buy a new faucet. He lead me to buying a new faucet to replace the existing one with minimal custom work.
